How to apply
A minimum balance of P500.00 is required to open a Business Current Account. Visit us today, with the following documentation:
- Typed resolution by board of directors requesting to open account and stating signatories. To be signed by directors and signed and stamped by the Company Secretary/ies.
- Company Profile - a book/pamphlet/letter outlining what the business does.
- Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Form 2 (list of directors).
- Form 3 (certificate of incorporation).
- Form 4 (allotment of shares).
- Form 5 (registered address).
- Share Certificates.
- identity documents for all directors and signatories.
- Proof of residential address for directors and signatories.
- Proof of business operational physical address.
