How to apply

A minimum balance of P500.00 is required to open a Business Current Account.  Visit us today, with the following documentation:

 

  • Typed resolution by board of directors requesting to open account and stating signatories. To be signed by directors and signed and stamped by the Company Secretary/ies.
  • Company Profile - a book/pamphlet/letter outlining what the business does.
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association.                    
  • Form 2 (list of directors).                                        
  • Form 3 (certificate of incorporation).           
  • Form 4 (allotment of shares).                       
  • Form 5 (registered address).                          
  • Share Certificates.
  • identity documents for all directors and signatories.
  • Proof of residential address for directors and signatories.
  • Proof of business operational physical address.
